Shipping policy

SHIPPING RATES
- Free standard shipping on US orders of $70 or more.
- Standard shipping: a flat $8.00 on US orders under $70.
- Express shipping: $15.00.
The shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, not including holidays). You will get an email when your order ships.

DELIVERY TIME
After your order ships, standard delivery usually takes 7 to 15 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by the carrier, customs or busy periods.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Every order comes with tracking. When your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. You can also check your order any time on our Track Order page.

WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

WRONG ADDRESS OR LOST PARCEL
Please check your shipping address before placing your order. If your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or your parcel shows as delivered but you cannot find it, email us at janzer.jb@gmail.com and we will help.
